Tian Lun Gas Group has established a ten-billion-yuan fund in cooperation with state-owned enterprises, offered a "model of free gas transmission before gas meter installation", which is widely popular, innovated the "government + enterprise + finance" development path, and deeply covered the gas market in towns and villages of Henan Province under the support of domestic and international financial resources.

In June 2018, Tian Lun Gas Group and Zhongyuan Yuzi Investment Holding Group jointly invested in the establishment of Yu-Tian New Energy Company (YTNE), which is committed to the construction of the "gas penetration in rural areas in Henan" program and has covered over 2 million rural natural gas customers in Henan Province and laid more than 30,000 kilometers of natural gas pipelines.

After years of development, the objectives in the first phase of the energy layout in towns and villages have been basically completed. Under the guidance of the 14th Five-Year Plan for a Modern Energy System, YTNE will continue to invest in the gas market in towns and villages and utilize the gas market to gradually extend from traditional natural gas customer services to rural distributed rooftop PV systems, rural straw-to-gas and straw-to-manure, so as to accelerate the development of low-carbon energy in rural areas.
