On Sep.13,2012, the group and Beijing Zhongtian Gas Investment Limited, the original shareholders of Cao County Zhongtian Gas Limited and Shan County Zhongtian Gas Limited entered into equity transfer agreement. The group acquired 80% eqity of Cao County Zhongtian and Chan County Zhongtian， in which obtained two urban gas projects in Cao County and Shan County of Hezi City, Shandong Province.                                    

Cao County is one of the first province governs county, top 100 county in natioanl food industry and a national quality cotton producing area.Cao County also has the biggest population in Heze area. Shan County is one of the “top 10 investment environment county in Shandong Province”. In recent years, the outstanding strategic position and development advantages of Cao County and Shan County are increasingly clear.
