On Nov.9, Tianlun gas group and Dongkou Senbo Gas Co., Ltd held project signing ceremony in headquater of the group. Both paties entered into equity transfer agreement. According to the agreement, Tianlun gas acquired 100% equity from Senbo Gas. Zhang Yingcen, Chairman of Tianlun group, Hu Xiaoming, general manager of gas group and Ma Ruixiang, Chairman of Dongkou Senbo gas attented the ceremony.

Dongkou County belongs to Shangyang City, Hunan Province, which has convenient transportation, superior location, rich resources. It has the total population of 830 thousand in the county and 160 thousand population in urban area., which has great nature gas development prospect.

The signing of Dongkou gas project has made a good foundation for Tianlun gas enters into nature gas markets in Hunan and Hubei province.
