On Feb.28, 2012, Hebi Shilin Industrial Assemble Zone central gas supply and 8 key projects commencement ceremony was held in the park. Zhang Ran, the deputy mayor of Hebi City, Guo Qi, the general manager of Hebi Company,and Xuwei, warden of Shangcheng District, etc attended this ceremony.

In the ceremony, Zhang Ran, the deputy mayor in his speech points out that significance of central gas supply and other projects commencement in the park. He hopes Shangcheng District government further optimizes project constrction environment and timely solves difficulities and problems that influence the project progress.

Hebi company starts central gas supply in the middle of Feburary and expects to complete at the end of April. The project is currently tense construction.
