In order to set up one high quallity reserve cadres group, provide strong talents support, the first reserve managers traning lessons of gas group begined on Aug.28. At 9am, opening ceremony was held at the second floor of the group building. The president Xian Zhenyuan, the general manager Huxiangming,etc attended this opening ceremony.

After the opening ceremony, President Xian introduced “Basic requirements of Tian Lun cadres” to 36 trainees.

The training period of the first reserve managers of gas group is one year. The training started from Ayg,2012, once every two months, 6 times in total ,and three days every time. Zhang Liping, who knows energy field very well will act as the lecture of the training.

The training camp adapts four-in-one training mode ,which includes intensive classes, work report guidance, work shift exerise and work under pressure. Core classes includes seven steps of efficent work, strategic management, management bu projects. Coss-functional communication, public relations (how to be an excellent urban gas project manager) and so on. Teaching methods have knowledge teaching, case analysis, scenario simulation, communication and interation, acting learning, class and after-class tutoring,etc.

This training will cultivate 30 general manager and deputy general manager successors for subordinate operation units of gas group.
