On Nov.13, 2012, Henan Tian Lun Gas Group Limited，the wholly-owned subsidiary of the company and People’s Government of Gulang County entered into urban gas concession rights, in which obtained 30 years exclusive rights in Gulang Cuonty, which include urban pipeline gas, gas filling stations and nature gas comprehensive utilization, etc.

Gulang County is located in the east end of Gansu hexi corridor. Lanxin railway and Ganwu railway are in this county,while Lianhuo Higeway, 312 national higeway and 308 povincial higeway go through it. Vehicle use gas market in Gulang County has broad prospect. Tianlun gas group will invest and construct urban and industry park gas supply faciliies and pipeline network, LNG and CNG filling stations, nature gas processing factory, LNG logistics company and so on projects.

Tianlun gas group obtained urban concession rights in Gulang County and signing the contract of nature gas utilization project, which laid solid foundation for development and enlargement of northwest region market.
