After the first training in Auguest, from Oct.27 to 29, the reserve managers traning camp of Tianlun gas carried out the second intensive training. This training is divided into 3 days, and contents covers strategic management, project management, action learning.

During the first day course with “strategic management” topic, Hu Xiaoming, the general manager of gas group led reserve managers to analyze global matket and energy market with detailed figures, cases ,and combined with his own industry experience. He explained the meaning of strategy, and how to understand and execute strategy. Moreover, general manager Hu also analyzed advantages and disadvantages, development opportunities and potential threats of tianlun gas, which helped them to undertand the importance of strategy in enterprise’s development. Meanwhile, he cleared development direction of future work. During the following two days, lectures Zhang Liping and Wang Dongmei carried out training of project management and action.learning

According to trainng plan, there shoule be four times intensive traning. Along with this traing project, professional skills and personal ability of these reserve managers,etc will get prmoted.
