Between Feb.4 and Feb. 5, 2013, Tian Lun Gas Group organized 2012 annual performance review meeting. Middle and senior manager of group headquater and its subsidiaries attented this meeting.
During the meeting, everyone reviewed 2012 annual work of the responsible unit, analyzed annual targets completion status and problems, and also made clear planning and deployment for 2013.
President Xian made two requirements for 2013: firstly, to enhance executive team style construction, further strengthen responsibility consciousness; secondly, during rapid development of the enterprise, the group should pay more attention on internal cadres training.
Chairman Zhang affirmed group’s work in 2012 and encouaged all staff keep courage of resonsibility and break through. Meanwhile, the company will provide more opportunities for all staff to show themselves, and truly reflect corporate spirit of create and share Tian Lun together.
