On Apr.28.2013, Tian Lun gas entered into pipeline gas exclusive operation rights agreement and natural gas comprehensive utilization project strategic cooperation agreement in Gangwei new district, Xinwei industry park and Henan Weibei tech food industry park.

Gangwei new district, Xinwei Industry park and Henan weibei tech food industry park have great location advantages, which will be emerged as a high standard industry park, mainly includes furniture production and procssing and ellctronic products processing. This industry park is the core area of Henan Province that undertakes industry tranformation and central plains economic zone construction; it is also the bridge and link that establish air port and Zheng Bian new distrcit. Meanwhile, Gangwei new district is close to Zhenghou airport economic experiment zone, this zone has planning area of 415 sq. km., which provides good development opportunity for natural gas utilization in this zone.

The pipeline gas exclusive rights of 3 industry zones not only expand pipeline operation scope in Weishi County, not provide benefits for natural gas market integration of Weishi County as well.
