Between Jul.1 and Jul 5, Human Resources Center of the Group held “Getting into Tian Lun, flying your dream- 2013 college students training camp”.

The 5 days’ training camp was held in Zhongmou science and technology training base. 40 college students that come from Zhengzhou University, Henan University of Economics and Law, etc attended this training. This training camp is divided into two parts; outward training and internal training. The two days outward training improved students’ discipline concept and team spirit. The following three days’ internal training introduced development path, enterprise culture, development strategy, human resources system of Tian Lun Group.

On Jul 5, Chairman Zhang Yingcen, General Manager of gas group Hu Xiaoming, Human Resources Director Zhang Xiaofeng, etc attended closing camp ceremony.

At the closing camp ceremony, Hu Xiaoming encouraged students to fly their dreams and keep going. Zhang Xiaofeng wished students show their talents in Tian Lun。

Finally，Chairman Zhang combined his own entrepreneurial and success experience and hoped students complete changing the role from college student to Tian Lun person. Develop and enjoy Tian Lun together.
