In order to meet the needs of company development, fully improve all staff’s financial knowledge, on Aug.8 and 9, Human Resources Center invited Lecturer Liu Bo to carry out the financial management training for non-financial managers. Managers from subsidiaries and each department of the Group attended this training.

Lecturer Liu firstly introduced rules, meaning of various financial indicators and business indicators. Then, he divided 30 trainees into 6 groups and let them operate 6 virtual enterprises. During the two days’ simulated training, each group presented operation situation of the enterprise through formulating and implement business plans, participate in market bidding, fights for orders and prepare financial statement.

This training adopted sand table simulation that is more practical. Trainees learned financial knowledge and improved operation ability to some degree.
