Between Aug.11 and 13, Tian Lun Gas reserve manager training camp was held the fifth training. this traing has 3 days and content includes essence of leadership, completed communication and high performance thingking mode.

In addition to mormal traing lectires, in Aug 12 evening, Human Resource Center organized a management salon ,named “energy market”. The general manager Hu Xiaoming and Human Resource Center director Zhang Xiaofeng sttented this salon and discussed with trainees.

During the salon, trainees posted problems encounted in the work on the wall, they shared their own feeling and experience. Accoring to this open approach, each trainee received obvious results.
