On Sep.24,2013, Xuchang Company and Xuchang Jinli Petrochemical Company entered into cooperation agreement.

Liyuan is Located in the intersection of Xuchang south outer ring and 107 national highway, which enjoys a geographical location. It is the south gate of Xuchang City. The construction of Liyuan CNG refilling station fills in the blanks for south exit of Xuchang without CNG refilling station; after the completion, daily gas capacity will reach 120 thousand cm3 , which will increase gas sales volume for Xuchang Company.

Currently, Xuchang Company is busy with procedures and materials preparation work before constuction. The construction of the project is expected to start from the middle of October.
