On Sep.29, The first Gas reserve managers training camp of Tian Lun Group was completed and the ceremony was held at the second floor of the group building. The President of the Group Xian Zhenyuan, the general manager of gas group Hu Xiaoming, lecturers and 28 trainees attended the ceremony.

The first training camp started on Aug.27, 2013, length for one year and once for every two months. The training was held 6 times and every time lasted for 3 days. Between Sep.28 and Sep.29, 2013, all trainees attended graduation test.

During the ceremony, general manager Hu Xiaoming congratulated all trainees on completion the first training and made 3 requirements：1. He hopes all trainees to practice learned knowledge in the future, improve team performance. 2. Reserve managers should be strict with them and be tolerant with others. 3. He hopes every trainee to be a person with great prospect and responsibility.

President Xian Zhenyuan made higher requirement. Excellent managers should have great responsibility, courage and determination. He also wishes every trainee achieve remarkable results in the future.

The first training camp will cultivate talents for subsidiaries, explore to establish unique mechanism of talent training.
