Henan Tian Lun Gas Group (the group)signed strategic cooperation agreement with Bigant in Zhengzhou on January 25, 2015. The group decides to cooperate with Bigant with respect to  payment of gas fees、electronic bills 、Alipay service platform and other aspects. This cooperation reflects the governmental promotion on internet management mode. In addition, it is also the first time for Alipay to cover the fee payment function in public sector in Henan Province.

According to the agreement, Alipay users are able to pay gas fees online to the group though Alipay channel. Moreover, Alipay will share its user database with the group. Thus Alipay users could access to various services online include fee payment query, electronic bill and other payment related value-added services. In specific, users could pay their month gas fees on Alipay website or Alipay App by connecting with personal credit cards or debit cards. Alipay users could either make the payment by themselves or set up to pay bills automatically online.

The cooperation with Alipay will reduce corporate operational costs and lower the pressure of traditional payment channels. In the meanwhile, customer service quality and management ability could be highly improved. Internet application will play a more important role in the future corporate management system.
