With the rapid development of the Group, continuous business expansion brings up higher requirement for leading team. In order to further improve leadership level, between 28 and 29, April, 2016, the first executive leadership construction training camp was held.

The topic of the first executive leadership construction training camp is cadres in leadership development. The Group invited Dr. Jiang Guo Qiang, the director of leadership evaluation center of Huawei’s corporate university. Dr. Jiang explained main elements of leadership from the aspects of contents of leadership, scope of organization leadership, etc. He also pointed out effective path of leadership improvement. Senior management team has deeper understanding to leadership and laid the foundation for leadership improvement.
