On the afternoon of September 3, General Manager Li Dongke and Deputy General Manager Hou Donghui of Henan Zhongyuan Kunlun Energy Development Co., Ltd., together with their travelling group, visited Tian Lun Gas and had an in-depth exchange on the acquisition of pipeline gas resources and long-distance pipeline cooperation of TLG member enterprises in Henan. Qi Xiaozhong, Deputy General Manager of TLG and General Manager of Pipe Network Division, Zhang Linxiong, Deputy General Manager of TLG and General Manager of Urban Gas Division, and Yu Yi, Gas Source Coordination and Collaboration Director of Pipe Network Division of TLG, attended the discussion.

The two sides conducted detailed and in-depth exchanges on the acquisition of incremental pipeline gas resources, the locking of gap gas resources in the heating season, and the cooperation of long-distance pipeline branch line projects of each member enterprise of TLG in Henan, and finally reached the following agreement: Tian Lun Gas integrates the total resources required by all pipeline gas enterprises in Henan, signs the overall pipeline gas resource procurement contract with Henan Zhongyuan Kunlun Energy Development Co., Ltd., renews the gas source contract every year according to PetroChina's policy, and enjoys various preferential policies of PetroChina for downstream urban gas enterprises.

Tian Lun Gas has signed the Framework Agreement for Natural Gas Supply with Henan Zhongyuan Kunlun Energy Development Co., Ltd. Through this meeting, it marks that the two sides have made a big step towards substantial gas supply business, thus laying a solid foundation for the follow-up multi-directional cooperation.
