At 14:18 on October 16, 2017, according to the reading of 6,250 m3/h shown on the flowmeter, the production capacity of the Changling LNG Program successfully reached the design output of 150,000 m3/d, which marked the completion and operation of the first gas source base of Tian Lun Group-LNG Program.

The Program was commenced in October 2014, and the equipment was completely installed on September 8, 2017, the joint commissioning was officially started at 17:00 on September 26. After a 3-day running-in of production equipment with 50% load, the production capacity was officially increased at 10:30 on October 16, and the design production capacity was reached at 14:18 on the same day.

As of 10:30 on October 19, a total of about 350 tons of LNG had been produced, and the liquid level of the LNG cryogenic storage tank with a storage capacity of 5,000 m3 was 2,612 mm high. External sales are expected to be commenced in late October.

At present, the construction of the Program has achieved phased results. The focus of the next step will be shifted from engineering construction to work safety, to ensure the safe, stable, long-term, and full-load operation of equipment and the realization of maxim benefits.
