On Jul.20, the largest industrial user— Gansu Dongfang Titanium Limited and Baiyin company entered into agreement that Baiyin company supply nature gas 40 million cubic meters, and expects put into use in Oct.2013.

Gansu Dongfang Titanium Limited is established in 2011, is a resources comprehensive utilization enterprise that commits to the research, production and sales of high-grade rutile titanium dioxide. This enterprise is one of the Baiyin city investment promotion projects, and is determined for the key construction project by Baiying People’s Government.

The enterprise will be constructed in two phases, the annual gas supply will be 40 million cubic meters. The first phase will be 20 million cubic meters and expects to put into operation in Oct.2013.
