February 9-10, 2015, the 2014 Annual Performance Review and Personal Work Report Meeting of Tian Lun Gas was held in the meeting room on the second floor of the Group's office building, with the participation of Tian Lun Group's leaders such as Chairman Zhang Yingcen, President Xian Zhenyuan, Vice-President Sun Heng, and General Manager of Gas Group, Tang Qichao, along with the general managers and financial officers from Tian Lun Gas' subsidiaries.

Units of Gas Group reported the completion of key performance indicators in 2014 and defined the objectives and key works for 2015. The leaders of the Group put forward the following requirements for the work of member enterprises in 2015:

In terms of strategy implementation: the compound growth rate of mature companies in the next 3 years should exceed 10%, the same of growing companies should reach 20%-30%, and the same of start-up companies should reach 30%-50%. We need to build up confidence in communication gas and focus on asset quality to support the continued growth of gas operations.

In terms of operation: Mature companies should break the convention, dare to innovate, and find out the driving force for sustainable development in the next 3 years; growing companies should realize pipeline gas supply in the next 3 years; start-up companies should strengthen their relationship with the government in order to obtain various approvals and enjoy preferential policies as soon as possible.

In terms of management: Innovate the management mechanism, rebuild the evaluation mechanism for leadership, and appropriately decentralize the business decision-making right regarding the areas with mature conditions; accelerate the building of the leadership team, and confidently appoint hard-working leaders with a strong sense of responsibility.

After listening to the work report of each unit, the Chairman affirmed the overall work of Gas Group in 2014, and asked leaders at all levels of Gas Group to be more practical and realistic in daily work in order to actually achieve formulated objectives, seize opportunities and resolve crises, set role models and expand personnel team building, and improve the remuneration system to realize "more pay for more work". The Chairman encouraged the general managers to be determined and confident in their work and to devote themselves to Tian Lun as it is their own business.
