The opening of online payment service through Alipay not only meets the demand for online payment from gas customers (especially younger customers) but also plays a positive role in alleviating the company's charging pressure and improving the recovery rate of gas charges.

On January 10, 2015, after Xuchang Morning News reported that "The natural gas bill can be paid via 'Alipay'", a large number of customers called the company's service number to inquire about the specific payment procedures, and the competent department, Xuchang Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau also affirmed the payment innovation and requested to increase the publicity efforts. On January 12 and January 13, the "Xuchang News" and "Financial Report" of XCTV respectively made an appointment to write an article about the payment innovation and interviewed the company.
