On September 1, 2014, the commencement ceremony of Jilin Changling Synthetic Welding and Cutting Gas Project of Tian Lun Gas took place grandly in Shuanglong Industrial Park, Changling County, Jilin Province.

The Jilin Changling Synthetic Welding and Cutting Gas Project is located in Shuanglong Industrial Park, Liushui Town, Changling County, Jilin Province, covering an area of 50,000 m2, with a daily treatment capacity of 15×104 Sm3 LNG and 5×104 Sm3 CNG. It is the key LNG production project of Tian Lun Gas Group and the first LNG plant of Jilin Company.

With preliminary planning, preparation, organization and coordination, the Project has been rapidly promoted and operated efficiently, and the tendering such as for E+PC, engineering design, project supervision and comprehensive office building bidding, together with various preparations required in the early stage of construction, have been completed in a short time, which meets the conditions for commencement.

The Project marks that Tian Lun Gas has a new gas source base, which is a major step in Tian Lun Gas' development strategy of "Ten, Hundred and Thousand". In addition, the base will provide an important guarantee for the supply of traffic gas and urban gas sources in Jilin and its surrounding areas, and the Company will usher in a new breakthrough in the development of gas in the same industry.
