From September 18 to September 20, Tian Lun Gas Group's Practical Training on Construction of Risk Management System was conducted in the conference room on the second floor of the Group's office building. In the morning of the 18th, the course of Overview of Risk Management was provided; from the afternoon of the 18th to the 20th, each unit selected 44 key employees to attend the practical course of risk management.

Xian Zhenyuan, President of Tian Lun Group, pointed out in his speech that the Group's rapid development and five-year strategic plan bring higher and new requirements for Tian Lun teams, and that how to identify risks and how to define clear responsibilities need to be further improved. He hoped that everyone would take this training as an opportunity to well understand the risk control points and improve the ability to control risks through classroom learning, case discussion, problem thinking and after-class summary.

During the training, Zhang Yilin, MBA from Buffalo School of Management, State University of New York, USA, a distinguished lecturer in internal control and risk management from Beijing National Accounting Institute, has rich experience in risk management consulting and training for large enterprises, and Li Dong, who has practical experience in the industry, lectured on such courses as Overview of Risk Management, Practice of Establishing Risk Management Systems in Line with the Actual Situation of Enterprises and Risk Assessment Practices in Business Processes, and conducted in-depth case analysis of the real estate and gas industries. The whole training was mainly based on classroom teaching + on-site exercises. 44 trainees conducted practical exercises in seven groups on the cases according to what they had learned and presented the results of their discussion.
