Gas measurement shortage is an important indicator to measure a gas company's basic management, and also has a great impact on the cost and benefit of the company. In order to strengthen the management and control of measurement shortage, improve the basic management, effectively reduce the production cost, and then improve the economic benefits and enterprise competitiveness of gas companies, the Gas Group organized the training on measurement shortage management from August 28 to August 29. 41 trainees from the Gas Group and member enterprises gathered in Hebi and attended the training.
At the opening ceremony, Zhang Linxiong, General Manager and on behalf of Hebi Company, first welcomed the trainees. He emphasized the importance of measurement shortage management in the gas industry and briefly shared the experience of Hebi Company in measurement shortage management.
During the training, Ma Su, an internal lecturer from the Group's Safety and Technology Department, gave a detailed account of the causes of measurement shortage, their classification and corresponding control measures; Feng Shuo, Manager of the Pipeline Network Department of Hebi Company, Xi Wuping, Deputy Manager of the Pipeline Network Department of Baiyin Company, Su Yanjun, Station Manager of Gas Station, Yan Huige, Manager of the Safety Department of Xuchang Company, Zhang Fusong, Manager of the Engineering Technology Department of Traffic Gas, and Zhang Bin, Assistant General Manager of Zhengzhou Company, shared with the trainees the measures taken in the control of measurement shortage of urban gas and traffic gas based on the actual work of each company and their own experience. In addition, Li Qing, Deputy Manager of Pipeline Network Department of Hebi Company, introduced the functions of SCADA system of Hebi Company in detail and showed everyone around the dispatching center; in the morning of 29th, the trainees visited CNG Station 2# of Hebi Company.
The training was mainly based on experience sharing. In combination with their actual work, all companies exchanged new information, discussed new problems, actively sought solutions to the problems in measurement shortage management, and put forward many valuable opinions and suggestions, which laid a foundation for the development of measurement shortage management in the next step.
