From July 1 to July 7, the induction training for the second batch of 2014 fresh college students was carried out at the training base of Henan Public Security Fire Brigade. 96 college students from nearly 20 universities across China, including Tsinghua University, Ji'nan University and Hunan University, attended the training.

The training was divided into two parts: outward training and in-house training. The outward training programs in the first two days, such as "high bridge", "trust fall", "hands in the air" and "graduation wall", have greatly enhanced the discipline concept and team consciousness of the college students, and cultivated their ability of communication, cooperation, organization and coordination; and in the in-house training in the last four days, they systematically learned about the Group's development history, corporate culture, development strategy, specialized knowledge and rules & regulations, and were further trained on business table etiquette, attitude psychology and document writing to improve their sense of identity with Tian Lun and help them make a smooth professional transformation. In addition, in order to enrich the training contents, enable the college students to establish a more intuitive and three-dimensional feeling of Tian Lun and enhance mutual understanding, the Center for Human Resources also organized and carried out activities such as Tian Lun Manor Trip and Tianlun Cup basketball game. During the training, senior executives of the Group had salon discussions with the college students respectively, placed great hopes on them, and answered their questions and puzzles.

At 10 a.m. on July 7, the closing ceremony took place grandly in the conference room on the second floor of the Group Headquarters. Xian Zhenyuan, President of the Group, Hu Xiaoming, General Manager of the Gas Group and other group leaders attended the closing ceremony.

At the closing ceremony, the leaders presented prizes, such as "Excellent Team", "Self-breakthrough", "Hard Dedication" and "Tian Lun Star", to the college students.

In his concluding speech, Mr. Xian, on behalf of the Group, first deeply thanked all these young people for joining in and shared their experience from campus to the workplace. He hoped that they would give full play to their talents on the open platform provided by Tian Lun, and asked everyone to "stay diligent, take a more serious attitude than studying in college, and retain passion, dreams and simplicity" in their work.

At the end, the training camp leader presented the hand-made Tian Lun Logo to Mr. Xian, which was embedded with 666 hand-folded stars, reflecting these college students' good wishes for the future of Tian Lun.
