From July 18 to July 20, 2014, the retrospective meeting on the Tian Lun Gas Group's performance in the first half of 2014 was held in the conference room on the second floor of the Group's office building, with the participation of the Gas Group's leaders including Chairman Zhang Yingcen, President Xian Zhenyuan and General Manager Hu Xiaoming, along with the general managers and financial officers from its subsidiaries.

Each company of the Gas Group reported on the achievement of key performance indicators in the first half of the year, and defined clear objectives for the third quarter and key points in the next stage. Mr. Hu put forward several requirements for the main tasks of the Gas Group's companies in the second half of the year: focus on the strategic goal of large volume, increase marketing efforts and continue to improve market shares; define clear objectives, get ideas into shape, improve methods and increase efficiency; start from oneself, start from now on and put all work into practice.

Mr. Xian asked the general managers of the Gas Group's companies to: treat any difficulties and problems encountered in work with a sense of ordinariness; develop new ideas, be good at discovering and solving new problems; handle key points in person, keep trying, overcome difficulties, and lead the team to create better results.

The Chairman put forward requirements for the work of the participants in the next stage: the general managers of each company should try their best to refine the report contents from the aspects of management innovation and business innovation, and transmit and exchange information; pay attention to the main contradictions, especially for any non-pipeline gas transmission enterprises, and find more ways to solve the problem of gas price inversion by seeking government support, negotiating gas prices and looking for high-quality upstream gas sources; seize opportunities, overcome difficulties and constantly occupy the market in the development of promising traffic gas; and keep pace with the times in the fierce market competition, less complaining, more thinking, and face difficulties and problems with a positive attitude.

After the meeting, Guo Qiuxia, Director of the Audit and Supervision Center, reported the audit results of the Gas Group in 2013, and required all member enterprises to abide by the audit system, cooperate in the auditing work and never cross the red line, and required the leaders at all levels further to standardize their own behavior to achieve rapid and benign development.

The meeting also organized leadership evaluation and training on "how to be an excellent general manager", "internal control manual for key urban gas business", "management of signing development contracts" and so on; the participants attended seminars in groups on the development of small urban gas business, the development of old customers and the development of traffic gas business; relevant personnel were organized to attend special seminars and coordination meetings for enterprises that need special support from the Group; and the orderly progress of all work has laid a good foundation for the smooth realization of the objectives of the Group and its member enterprises in the next stage.
