In order to help new employees quickly integrate into the Group and enhance their recognition and sense of belonging to the Group, the Gas Group held a meeting with 2014 college students and new employees in the conference room on the fourth floor at the afternoon of July 8. More than 20 persons, including Hu Xiaoming, General Manager of the Gas Group, Wu Zuoping, Technical Director, Bi Derui, Director of Human Resources, 2014 college students and new employees, attended the meeting.
The meeting was held in the form of free speech and face-to-face communication. During the meeting, Mr. Hu expressed his ardent hopes and suggestions to the new employees, asking them, especially the college students, to be calm and simple in their work, to be aggressive and down-to-earth, to quickly change their roles, to experience and grow in practice, to be always ready for the deployment and call of the Group, and to realize their career aspirations on the stage provided by Tian Lun Gas. Mr. Wu and Mr. Bi also gave answers and suggestions to questions and puzzles raised by new employees.
The meeting effectively enhanced the new employees' understanding and knowledge of the Group. The Gas Group will summarize its experience and organize similar activities on a regular basis to strengthen the understanding between employees at different levels and help new employees integrate into the enterprise faster and better.
