In the morning of June 30, 2014, the commencement ceremony of the Luoyang Tian Lun Rongtuo Coke Oven Gas to LNG Project took place grandly at the construction site. Zong Guoming, deputy secretary of Mengjin County Party Committee, Niu Zhongyuan, member of the Standing Committee of the County Party Committee and director of the Management Committee of Huayang Industrial Agglomeration Zone, Zhao Tao, deputy county head, Luan Hongwei, member of the Party group and director of the County Development and Reform Commission, Hu Xiaoming, vice president of Tian Lun Group and general manager of Tian Lun Gas Group, and Li Hongchao, chairman of Zhonghong Group, attended the ceremony and cut the ribbon.

The Luoyang Tian Lun Rongtuo Coke Oven Gas to LNG Project, with a total investment of RMB 330,000,000, is jointly constructed by Tian Lun Gas Group and Luoyang Rongtuo Coking Co., Ltd. The planned construction period of the Project is 14 months. After completion, every year it will process 160 million standard cubic meters of surplus coke oven gas, and produce 60 million standard cubic meters of liquefied natural gas and 20 million standard cubic meters of hydrogen-containing purge gas.

Hu Xiaoming, general manager of Tian Lun Gas Group, pointed out in his speech that the Luoyang Tianlun Rongtuo Coke Oven Gas to LNG Project is the first coke oven gas methanation joint venture project of Tian Lun Gas, which marks the first substantive step of Tian Lun Gas towards the field of coke oven gas to LNG, the further deepening and expansion of Tian Lun Gas Group in the field of new energy development and utilization, and the important deployment of Tian Lun Gas Group's independent gas source strategy, and will bring huge environmental and economic benefits to the local region.

Zong Guoming, deputy secretary of Mengjin County CPC Committee, said in his speech at the ceremony that this is a key project for Mengjin County to accelerate industrial upgrading and an investment attraction project supported and promoted by the county Party committee and county government. The construction, completion and operation of the Project as scheduled will play an important role in promoting the adjustment of local industrial structure, optimization of development mode and development of circular economy. The county Party committee and government will fully support the construction of the Project and make efforts to create a good environment to ensure that the Project will be completed on schedule and effective as soon as possible.
