From June 14 to 16, the Gas Group's training for HR system personnel was conducted in the conference room on the second floor of the office building, with 39 trainees from member enterprises.
General Manager Hu Xiaoming emphasized the value of HR system in his speech. He pointed out that this system is the cultivator of the Group's core competence and shoulders the important task of "selecting, educating, testing, using and retaining" talents. He asked the HR managers to "abide by rules, be fair, be sincere in words and deeds, be eager to learn and set a good example", and to set high standards for themselves to promote and improve the Group's HR management.
During the training, Bi Derui, HR director of the Gas Group, and other internal lecturers, systematically shared HR-related systems and practical operation skills such as basic knowledge of gas, personnel management, performance and salary management, labor contract management, recruitment management and parachute plan. Meanwhile, Jilin Company and Shangjie Company were invited to share some knowledge related to the declaration of irregular working hours, contract signing and how to guide college students.
At the end of the training, Zhang Xiaofeng, HR Director of the Group, answered questions raised by the students on the topic of the importance of training college students. He also emphasized that the training for college students should be "people-oriented, care about them, tell them what to do and how to do", and everyone should pay attention to the training for college students and cultivate young backbone for the overall talent strategy of the Group. HR Director Bi Derui made a summary: everyone is required to transfer the training contents, follow up any incomplete follow-up matters, go deep into the front line, understand their business, reinforce their learning, discipline themselves and full play the role of human resources according to the standards required by Mr. Hu.
