In order to further enhance the legal awareness of the Company's managers at all levels, the Center for Human Resources of the Group provided training for the Gas Group on the popularization of legal knowledge related to the Company Law and the Contract Law.

The training was divided into two sessions, one was on April 19 and the other was on April 24, attended by 162 persons in total, including leaders of the Gas Group, general managers from member enterprises, financial principals, department heads from the Group Headquarters and other relevant personnel.

In the training, Lawyer Jing and Lawyer Ma externally hired by the Group were specially invited to popularize the key points of the Company Law and the Contract Law respectively. This included the basic knowledge of general principles of common civil law, the revision history and background meaning of the Company Law, main contents of the Company Law, common disputes and risks, basic contract contents, contract signing and risk prevention, etc. Both lawyers cited a large number of cases and combined theory in the course of explanation, which benefited everyone a lot.

At the end of the training, the Company's internal legal colleagues shared the essentials of the Group's contract management system, and required all units to transfer them in training to further standardize the Company's internal contract management.
