From April 17 to April 18, 2014, Tian Lun Gas Group's review meeting for performance in the first quarter of 2014 was held in the conference room on the second floor of the Group's office building. The Group's leaders including Chairman Zhang Yingcen, President Xian Zhenyuan, Vice President and General Manager Hu Xiaoming, attended the review meeting with the general managers and financial directors of its subsidiaries.

Each unit of the Gas Group reported and reviewed the achievements of key performance indicators in the first quarter, and defined the objectives and key points in the second quarter. Mr. Hu put forward several requirements for the main work of each unit in the next stage: respond quickly to the changing market and economic situation and find countermeasures; keep smooth communication with each other, exchange needed information, develop in a coordinated way, and make full use of internal resources; take a long-term view, focus on major matters and not let go of any minor ones, and strengthen the market development of small commercial customers, under the guidance of the strategic goal of expanding gas volume.

After listening to the work reports made by each unit, the Chairman affirmed the overall performance of the Gas Group in the first quarter of 2014 and put forward expectations for all attendees: leaders at all levels should make good use of the growth momentum of the gas industry, seize the opportunity of rapid development, adjust the pressure promptly and be engaged into their job actively; new companies should be able to straighten out the relations at all levels and get through the running-in period as soon as possible; and relevant functional departments should strengthen the publicity and promotion of corporate culture and the training for professional technicians.

The Chairman asked all subsidiaries to implement the strategic objectives of the Group into all practical work, and hoped that all companies could make more suggestions and develop rapidly from the reality of the Group and themselves.

After the meeting, the attendees attended special seminars by business type, such as a seminar on key challenges in city gas operation, a seminar on traffic gas development, and a seminar on project development, to offer advice and suggestions for the operation and development of the Group and its subsidiaries, laying a good foundation for the smooth implementation of key points in the next stage.
