From March 7 to 9, the training camp of teaching instructors for college students of Gas Group was held in the conference room on the second floor of the Group. A total of 40 trainees from the headquarters of the Gas Group, urban gas, transportation gas and gas source bases participated in the training.
At 9:00 a.m. on March 7, Hu Xiaoming, General Manager of the Gas Group, extended a warm welcome to all trainees on behalf of the Group and emphasized that each administrator had the responsibility and obligation to cultivate talents. Teaching instructors for more than 200 fresh graduates recruited in 2014 by the Group should take the lead in setting an example and help them develop positive work habits in future training; Teaching instructors should carefully listen to the voice of trainees and guide them with patience. While teaching them professional skills, instructors should achieve the transmission of Tian Lun culture and cultivate them into excellent talents that fit in with the Group's culture and strategic development.
Human Resource Management Center invited a senior expert in the industry, Jiang Junqiu, who is a practical-type lecturer to train the trainees on "How to be an Excellent Teaching Instructor". During the two-day lecture process, Mr. Jiang comprehensively explained the meaning of being an instructor, methods, steps and relevant tools for effectively coaching college students, and carried out on-site exercises in class; From the perspective of employees of post-1980 and post-1990 generations, Mr. Jiang deeply analyzed their psychological needs and spiritual needs. At the same time, in response to the questions put forward by the trainees, the "World Cafe" salon seminar was adopted to gather the wisdom of all participants to give instructive methods and suggestions.
On the morning of March 9, Human Resources Director of Gas Group, Bi Derui, shared the topic of "Development Strategy and Talent Training of the Group" which made everyone more clear about the talent shortfall caused by the rapid development of the Group, development opportunities generated thereby and the urgency of talent cultivation. In the afternoon, Wang Jinpei from the Human Resources Management Center of the Group explained the internship management and parachute plan for college students to all trainees. Later, Xu Yunhui from the General Affairs Department of Shangjie Company and Zhou Yuejiao from the HR & Administration Department of Jilin Company were invited to share their excellent experience in teaching and instructing college students.
On the evening of March 8, in order to strengthen the communication among trainees from different units, the Human Resources Management Center organized a karaoke party, and trainees from all groups presented stunning shows.
