On March 24, due to the successful listing of our Gas Group and we became the first enterprise listed in Hong Kong of Hebi City, we received an award of RMB 1 million from the People's Government of Hebi City at the financial work conference held in Hebi City.

At this conference, leaders of the Municipal Party Committee gave extremely high praise to the successful listing of Gas Group in Hong Kong and even called it an honor of Hebi City. Member of the Municipal Standing Party Committee, Deputy Mayor, Gui Yuqiang delivered an important speech:" In 2010, Tian Lun Gas Holding Limited seized the strategic opportunities, worked actively and solidly, and made a breakthrough in capital market financing. On November 10, Tian Lun Gas Holding Limited was successfully listed on the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange, becoming the first enterprise listed in Hong Kong in the whole city, raising a total of HK$ 470 million, injecting new vitality into the development of the enterprise. In order to better play a demonstration and guidance role and to further create a favorable atmosphere for the listing of enterprises, the Municipal Government decided to commend and reward Tian Lun Gas Holding Limited with RMB 1 million." Guo Qi, General Manager of Hebi Company, attended the conference on behalf of the Gas Group and delivered a speech: "The success of listing for an enterprise is only the beginning of a new stage of enterprise development, and the various requirements for the enterprise are more stringent after the listing. As a listed enterprise, the Company has strengthened scientific management and standardized operation more than ever, and strictly complied with national regulations and industry norms.
