On January 16, the award ceremony of the "2014 Top Human Resources Management Award" was held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Xi'an. Tian Lun Gas won the award by virtue of its scientific human resources management mode and the importance it attached to talent cultivation. The "Top Human Resources Management Award" is the most authoritative, largest and most high-profile human resources selection activity currently in China, hosted by 51job, the biggest human resources service company in China. The selection was launched in September 2013, examining and weighing the 7 elements in the enterprise's development plan from 2012 to the next 3 years, including the cooperation and support of human resources to the enterprise strategy, the attraction and retention for excellent talents, training and organizational development, employee remuneration, promotion and enterprise culture construction. At the same time, the participated enterprises in the same industry were compared, and 234 top enterprises in human resources management were finally selected, including famous companies such as Alibaba and Tencent, representing 8 regions, different industries, different scales and different marketing stages. Of all the selected enterprises, 30 of them are in Shaanxi and Henan, 29 of them are in Zhejiang, 30 of them are in Jiangsu, 29 of them are in Hunan and Hubei, 26 of them are in Sichuan and Chongqing, 26 of them are in Tianjin, 32 of them are in Shandong, and 32 of them are in Northeast China.

Among all the awarded enterprises in Shaanxi and Henan regions, Tian Lun Gas is the only enterprise with energy operations. Excellent enterprises such as Zhengzhou Nissan Automobile Co., Ltd., Central China Real Estate Limited and Shaanxi Automobile Group Co., Ltd. also won the award.
