In order to further implement the policy of "prevention-oriented, combined with prevention and elimination", strengthen the safety awareness of the company's employees, improve their emergency handling ability, be proficient in the use of fire extinguishers, and effectively ensure the life safety of employees and property safety of the company in case of emergencies, Xuchang Company held the emergency evacuation and drill of fire extinguisher usage in the building on the afternoon of December 17.

Leaders of the Weidu District Fire Brigade of Xuchang City were invited to observe and guide this drill on-site. Zhou Yonggang, vice president of production of Xuchang Company, served as the chief commander, and the managers and directors of all departments were the backbones, specifically responsible for the personnel evacuation and safe evacuation of all floors.

Before the drill, relevant departments of Xuchang Company formulated a detailed drill scheme and strictly followed the scheme during the drill. The fire alarm sounded at 16:30, Mr. Zhou issued an evacuation order, and personnel on each floor of the building were evacuated in an orderly manner, which took 5 minutes. The alarm was clear after all personnel was evacuated to a safe place. After the evacuation drill, the drill of fire extinguisher usage was carried out on the roof of the building.

Leaders of the Weidu District Fire Brigade spoke highly of the fire-fighting drill organized by Xuchang Company. They considered that this drill scheme was highly operational, the evacuation was guided in an orderly manner with a relatively short time, the expected effects were achieved and the drill was a smooth success. Mr. Zhou delivered a summary speech on the drill and expressed that this drill enhanced the fire safety awareness of our employees. Through the drill, each employee has mastered fire rescue and escape skills, the use of fire-fighting equipment and the handling ability for emergencies of employees has been improved. However, there were still some deficiencies. After the drill, the organization department shall carefully summarize the experience and deficiencies of this drill to avoid them in future work.
