At 4:00 p.m. on February 22, the first general meeting of all staff and workers in 2011 was held in the conference room on the tenth floor of Xuchang Company. Du Qin, General Manager of the Company, presided over the meeting.

First, Mr. Du delivered a summative speech on the work in 2010, thanked all employees for their efforts in 2010, conveyed the business indicators assigned by the Group in 2011, pointed out that the task in 2011 was arduous and heavy, and hoped that all employees would make further efforts to achieve further achievements in the indicator completion this year.

Then, Mr. Du put forward several requirements for the work of this year:

I. Change the gas sales structure and strive to develop industrial and commercial customers. The Company's business shall not only safeguard public utilities but also shall maintain the growth of economic indicators.

II. Break down the annual business indicators and increase the essential tasks. All departments of the Company shall bear the corresponding pressure and everyone shall have indicators.

III. In terms of safety and construction, it is necessary to strengthen the management of personal safety and pipe network safety, and strengthen the publicity of gas use safety. Ensure the construction progress and quality of industrial and commercial customers.

IV. Integrated marketing shall continue to be carried out in 2011 and the system management shall be improved. All employees should improve their enthusiasm and work diligently. Employees of operation links shall have a general picture of difficulties of market development, help and support each other and make progress together.

Finally, Mr. Du reported the integrated marketing work in 2010. Nearly 70% of employees played an active leading role in customer development last year, and the Company hopes all employees will continue to work hard in customer development this year. With warm applause, Mr. Du gave bonuses and encouragement to the top three employees in the development of industrial and commercial customers in 2010 and called on all employees to learn from their spirits of courageous dedication and active market development, motivated all employees to make all efforts to complete the 2011 annual objectives and tasks and promote the performance of Xuchang Company to a new level.
