On March 15, 2024, the People's Government of Henan Province held the first "Henan Charity Award" Commendation Congress (the Congress). Sun Yunfeng, Vice Governor of Henan, Yu Guangqing, Director of Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, and other leaders attended the Congress. The Congress was chaired by Wang Xiaowei, Deputy Secretary-general of the provincial government. A total of 88 award-winning groups and individuals were commended. Tian Lun Group was awarded the title of "Charity Enterprise".

It is reported that the "Henan Charity Award" is the highest government award in the field of charity in Henan Province. It aims to commend organizations, projects and individuals who are enthusiastic about participating in and supporting the development of charity in Henan Province and have played an important role and made outstanding contributions in helping the weak, the poor, the elderly and orphans and in rural revitalization, medical assistance and education, ecological protection and disaster relief.

The Congress shortlisted 14 charity enterprises (including Alibaba (China) Co., Ltd., Beijing ByteDance Technology Co., Ltd., and Henan Tian Lun Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. and so on), 15 outstanding charity projects, 10 charity models, 9 charity individuals, 10 excellent charity organizations, 15 excellent charity workers, and 15 excellent volunteer service individuals (groups).
