On the occasion of the International Labor Day on May 1^st, 2024, Zhengzhou Federation of Trade Unions organized the 2023 grassroots trade union evaluation work and held a commendation meeting in the auditorium of Zhengzhou Federation of Trade Unions on April 26. The Trade Union Committee of Tian Lun Group won the honor of Advanced Unit for Trade Union Work in Zhengzhou Finance, Trade, Light Industry Service Industry in 2023.

In the past year, the Party Working Committee of Tian Lun Group continued to improve the construction of trade union organizations, forming an organizational construction work structured by Tian Lun Group Trade Union Committee, Professional Committee, and Industrial Group Trade Union Branch. At the same time, relying on trade union, the Party Working Committee of Tian Lun Group implemented and carried out a series of employee activities "The Party is Always Available for Help", effectively strengthening horizontal communication and exchanges among employees. "Quarterly Employee Birthday Party", "Employee Club Activities" and other activities with rich forms and interesting content were carried out and became a link and bridge for strengthening ties between employees.

In 2024, the Trade Union of Tian Lun Group continued to further play its role under the leadership of the Party Committee and higher-level trade unions to create a positive and warm organizational atmosphere, and provide support and guarantee for the smooth implementation of various business tasks of Tian Lun Group.
