To celebrate the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, commend advanced figures, set an example, and encourage party members and cadres to work hard and move forward courageously under the new situation, the Party Committee of Tian Lun Group organized a party member meeting on the morning of July 1 , 2004, and nearly 100 party member representatives and relevant responsible comrades from the trade union attended the meeting. At the meeting, the new members of the Party Committee of Tian Lun Group were elected, front-line party members were invited to share their achievements in their positions, and certificates of commendation were issued to outstanding party members.
Feng Zhenwei, the Director of the Party Working Committee of Tian Lun Group, made a work report on the Party Working Committee at the meeting. He reviewed the work achievements of the Group Party Committee in organizational construction, party member development, democratic management of employees, and party-mass activities over the past year. He said that the Party Working Committee of Tian Lun Group would take "being able to effectively assist business operations" as its starting point and focus, continue to work hard in developing party members, setting up models, strengthening informal communication among employees, creating organizational synergy and continue to improve organizational cohesion and party members' sense of belonging.
At the meeting, party member representatives from the front line of business told stories about party members and shared their mental journeys at work.
Geng Yaxin said that, as a party member and cadre, she would always devote herself to the purpose and principles of the Party, proceed from the overall situation, demonstrate the good work style of party members by "setting an example and walking in the forefront", lead the team to explore and innovate, and strive to achieve greater success in 2024.
Xu Jinfang said: "At Tian Lun, as long as you work hard, you will have a place to use your skills. As long as you keep your feet on the ground, you can make achievements." He used the spirit of "Lankao people have ambitions and dare to change the sun and moon into a new sky" to inspire himself to always keep in mind the original intention of party members, devote himself to various tasks with the attitude of a fighter, and strive for greater success.
Liang Zhen shared a vivid experience to explain each party member must be able to adapt to different environments, maintain passion in different positions, not be discouraged in the face of difficulties, not be afraid in the face of pressure, and treat every job with a sincere attitude so as to live up to the trust and entrustment of the Party.
In order to commend the excellent members, promote righteous behaviors, and encourage the majority of party members to strive for excellence, Feng Zhenwei issued certificates to Liang Zhen and Chen Guiyi who were awarded the honorary title of "Outstanding Party Member".
