On the afternoon of September 4, 2024, a charity event for Henan Province to celebrate the 9^th "China Charity Day" was held in the Concert Hall of Henan Art Center. It was initiated by the Henan Provincial Charity Federation, co-organized by the Provincial Party Committee Propaganda Department, the Provincial Party Committee Directly Affiliated Working Committee, the Provincial Civil Affairs Department, the Provincial Agriculture and Rural Affairs Department, and the Provincial Culture and Tourism Department, and sponsored by Henan Daily and Henan Radio and Television.

Su Xiaohong, the Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of Henan Provincial People's Congress, Sun Yunfeng, the Vice Governor, Liu Jiongtian, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial CPPCC, Sun Da, the member of the Fourteenth National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of the China Charity Federation, Liu Fuqing, Vice President of the China Charity Federation, Deng Yongjian, the President of the Provincial Charity Federation, Kong Dongmei, the Chairman of the Dongrun Public Welfare Foundation and Honorary Vice President of the China Charity Federation, and other leaders attended the event. Heads of provincial and municipal charity federations, Non-resident Vice President of the Provincial Charity Federation, Zhang Yingcen, the Chairman of Tian Lun Group, representatives of charity enterprises and charity people were invited to attend the event.

September 5 that year marked the ninth "China Charity Day" in China. With the theme of "Respecting Morality, Doing Good and Promoting Charity in Accordance with Laws", this event thoroughly implemented the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20^th CPC Central Committee and President Xi Jinping's important exposition on charity work. Through charitable donations, publicity and recommendations, cultural and artistic programs, it demonstrated the efforts and achievements made by Henan charities in participating in rural revitalization and promoting common prosperity, and widely mobilized and guided all sectors of society to actively participate in public welfare and charity undertakings.

Sun Yunfeng delivered a speech at the event. He pointed out that it was necessary to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of President Xi Jinping's important instructions and instructions, and accelerate the construction of a new pattern of high-quality development of charity in Henan Province. He demanded that we must adhere to the leadership of the Party, uphold integrity and innovation, manage in accordance with laws, respect morality and promote kindness, and enhance the "leadership", "motivity", "credibility" and "cohesion" of high-quality development of charity. He stressed that he hoped that charitable organizations at all levels in the province would firmly grasp the new situation, new tasks and new requirements, vigorously promote charitable culture, widely gather charitable forces, strictly abide by charity laws and regulations, and accelerate the construction of a new pattern of high-quality development of charity in Henan province.

The event reviewed and demonstrated the unforgettable course and important footprints of charity undertakings in Henan Province through the film "Charity Runs the Central Plains for the People-Overview of Henan Charity Federation 2016-2024". In the film, Zhang Yingcen said that through the platform of the Henan Charity Federation, the money he donated was well used, and he was very glad to see that the lives and families of ordinary people improved. He trusted Henan Charity Federation. In the future, he would continue to actively promote charity culture and contribute the strength of private enterprises to social development with Henan Charity Federation.

Since its establishment, Tian Lun Group has always adhered to the core value of "To Develop and Enjoy Tian Lun Together", actively giving back to society in disaster relief and poverty alleviation, helping students and promoting agriculture.
