According to the Xuchang Housing Bureau, during the business environment evaluation from 2022 to the first half of 2023, Xuchang Tian Lun Gas continuously improved the local gas access environment, enhanced service quality, and introduced innovative approaches, thereby laying a solid foundation for Xuchang's high performance in the "Access to Gas" category.

"Access to gas" is an important indicator for evaluating the business environment. It assesses the procedures, time, and cost required for medium- and low-pressure non-residential users to obtain initial pipeline gas connections, focusing on user experience, service efficiency, and quality.

In the view of the Xuchang Housing Bureau, Xuchang Tian Lun Gas has consistently upheld the principle of "customer first". In terms of data connectivity, Xuchang Tian Lun Gas has launched 14 types of services including hotline, appointment scheduling, consultation, installation, repair, billing, and feedback via its official website, WeChat official account, and other digital platforms. Meanwhile, it has integrated with government service platforms such as the hnzwfw.gov.cn, Xuchang Engineering Construction Project Approval Management System, and the "i-Xuchang" app to enable data sharing and achieve "zero paperwork" for gas connection applications.

Xuchang Tian Lun Gas has proactively engaged with users by moving installation application steps forward in the process. This enables "zero visits" for users and immediate gas access upon project completion.
