On April 24, the Shulan Municipal People's Government of Jilin Province signed a pipeline gas franchise agreement with Tian Lun Gas Group at the Shulan City Government Office Building.

Shulan represents a previously untapped pipeline gas market that the Northeast Regional Company of Tian Lun Gas has been actively developing for the past year and a half. It is understood that on March 19, the Shulan Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau issued a bidding announcement for the Urban Pipeline Gas Franchise Project. On April 12, the Northeast Regional Company successfully won the bid through Henan Tianlun Gas Group Co.,Ltd.. This project marks the 70th urban gas project successfully launched by the Group. According to the agreement, the Shulan Municipal Government and Tian Lun Gas Group will engage in comprehensive, in-depth, and wide-ranging cooperation in areas such as gas pipeline network construction, safety maintenance, and operations management, following the principle of "complementary strengths and mutual benefit".

At the signing ceremony, Cai Junfeng, Vice Mayor of Shulan City stated that the pipeline gas project is not only a key livelihood initiative, but also an important step toward optimizing the city's industrial structure, enhancing residents' quality of life, and improving the ecological environment. He expressed hope that both parties would work closely together, strengthen coordination, and accelerate progress so that the people of Shulan can soon enjoy safe, efficient, and clean pipeline gas.
