On November 26, Jilin Province was hit by a severe winter snowstorm, with the lowest temperature dropping sharply by 20°C to minus 15°C and snow accumulation reaching up to 20 centimeters in some areas. The cold wave caused a surge in natural gas demand in Qian’an County. To ensure normal production and daily life for residents, Qian’an Company deployed comprehensive measures to ensure residents' livelihoods during this extreme weather.

Prior to the cold wave, Qian’an Company had developed a scientifically sound winter supply plan. It conducted special inspections and anti-freeze checks on 278 pressure regulating devices and 76 valve wells to ensure optimal operational conditions of production equipment. Moreover, it actively coordinated gas sources, timely reserved CNG tankers, and prepared for peak pressure regulation to ensure stable gas supply.
After the temperature plummeted, the dispatch center utilized its smart operations platform to continuously monitor supply-demand dynamics and emergency alerts. During peak usage hours from 16:00 to 19:00, the company organized staff to conduct regional inspections and monitor the gas supply pressure of pressure regulating facilities, establishing an efficient information-sharing and communication mechanism as a "double safeguard" for stable supply in extreme cold. In terms of customer service, staff provided round-the-clock online support to address inquiries and promptly cleared snow around service centers to eliminate hazards like slippery walkways and ensure safe customer access.
Going forward, Qian’an Company will continue to strengthen winter safety management, enhance risk awareness, standardize operational services, and ensure the safe and stable winter supply for the people of Qian’an County.
