As the Spring Festival approaches, a time for family reunions and celebrations, gas demand reaches its peak. To ensure stable and safe gas supply during the holiday, all Tian Lun Gas companies have strictly implemented their primary responsibility for production safety, making comprehensive arrangements in gas source security, facility operation and maintenance, customer safety inspections, and safety awareness campaigns, ensuring customers enjoy a peaceful and prosperous holiday.

General Managers Lead Frontline Efforts to Eliminate Hazards

On January 24, Du Huaming, General Manager of Hebi Company in Henan Province, conducted detailed inspections of shift logs, equipment operations, and emergency supply reserves at various stations. During random safety checks of residential customers in Banpo Community and nearby commercial customers, he focused on inspecting courtyard pipelines, pressure-regulating facilities, and the operation of commercial gas meters. On January 24, Cui Zhifang, General Manager of Suzhou Pipeline Network Company in Jiangsu, led a team to conduct pre-holiday safety inspections at the pressure-regulating and metering station of Wujiang Nanbo Glass Co., Ltd. and the Fenhu Gate Station. He emphasized strict adherence to winter operation requirements, timely facility maintenance, increased inspection frequency for pipelines and ancillary equipment, and rigorous enforcement of third-party construction management regulations to ensure pipeline safety.

Ensuring Full "Gas" Supply to BattleSnow and Cold

Currently, a cold wave is sweeping across the country, with widespread snow and rain expected during the Spring Festival. To ensure stable gas supply during the holiday, Tian Lun Gas companies have made advance preparations to tackle the challenges of extreme cold and snow. Before the blizzard, Wubu Company in Shaanxi Province developed a scientifically sound supply plan, coordinating with the governments of Wubu and Suide counties to issue a Letter on Coordinating the Passage of Natural Gas Transport Vehicles During Road Closures, ensuring normal CNG tanker transportation during the holiday. Additionally, 12 LNG backup supply vehicles are promptly put on standby for pressure replenishment.

In the early hours of January 25, heavy snow led to highway closures and icy national roads. Wubu Company promptly activated its LNG tanker supply contingency plan to ensure uninterrupted gas supply.

Before the cold wave hit, Wangqing Company in Jilin Province completed maintenance on gas storage tanks, pipeline network, pressure-regulating equipment, metering facilities, valves, and instruments. It also strengthened weather monitoring and early warning mechanisms and refined emergency plans to effectively respond to extreme weather.

Facing continuous snowfall, Songxian Company in Henan Province organized employees to clear road snow during the day and spread industrial salt at night to prevent ice formation, ensuring smooth access for CNG tankers. Meanwhile, station equipment was inspected hourly to guarantee normal operation.

Smart Dispatch + Door-to-Door Service: Ensuring Safety for a Peaceful Holiday

The dispatch center of Xuchang Company in Henan Province operates around the clock, using an intelligent operations platform to monitor emergency alerts and supply-demand trends in the urban network. Any anomalies in pipeline network pressure or customer flow will trigger immediate emergency actions to minimize repair time. Gas supply is also reasonably adjusted based on hourly demand to ensure stable and safe supply for residential and commercial customers. Repair teams remain on standby around the clock, and upon receiving a help call, they will rush to the scene immediately to resolve customers’ issues.

Household-by-Household Inspections: Eliminating Hazards Without Oversight

On January 24, the Panshi Municipal Government in Jilin Province collaborated with Panshi Company to conduct gas safety inspections in high-traffic areas such as restaurants, markets, and commercial complexes. During the Spring Festival holiday, Panshi Company will further intensify safety checks and inspections for commercial customers, fully ensuring the smooth operation of gas pipelines, pressure-regulating devices, valves, and alarm systems.

On January 26, Caoxian Company in Shandong Province inspected industrial customers, visiting production workshops to understand gas demand and equipment conditions, with a focus on large-scale gas devices to ensure uninterrupted production.
Qian’an Company in Jilin Province leveraged the holiday travel rush to organize all employees to conduct safety inspections on gas valves, gas meters, alarms, gas stoves, and other equipment in over 580 households on the Minor New Year's Eve, addressing any identified hazards on the spot and providing customers with safety guidelines for the holiday.

Before the holiday, Tian Lun Gas member companies also conducted thorough inspections of municipal pipelines, valve wells, gas meters, and pressure-regulating facilities, ensuring all identified issues were resolved promptly to eliminate potential hazards.

Gas Safety “Cloud” Tutorials and Visual Campaigns Dominate Online Platforms

While strengthening offline safety management efforts, member companies leverage local integrated media platforms, including video accounts, corporate official accounts, and Douyin, to widely disseminate critical safety information. A series of warning messages—such as "Do Not Use Gas Concentric Rings" and "Keep Fireworks Away from Gas Facilities" —along with practical resources like the "Spring Festival Gas Safety Self-Checklist", are presented in the form of educational articles and short videos. Every word and frame conveys heartfelt care, gently reminding customers to prioritize gas safety during the holiday season.
