On December 28th, Tian Lun Gas Holdings Limited ("Tian Lun Gas") and  CECEP Building Energy Conservation Co., Ltd. (“CECEP”) held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony at Tian Lun Group， Both parties adhere to the principles of “complying with laws and regulations, focusing on practical results and mutual benefits”, the two parties join hands to achieve the national “dual carbon” goals and promote the development of low-carbon and zero-carbon energy industry. Both parties will fully follow Xi Jinping’s ideology on ecological civilization, embark on a new development phase, apply new development concepts and build a new development pattern. According to the agreement, Tian Lun  Gas and CEC will work together in the form of a technical and commercial team, based on the project, and with the advantage of technical and market resources from both sides, conduct technical research and development, and carry out market expansion and investment construction in pilot cities.

1.Urban Low-carbon and Comprehensive Energy Services Making use of respective advantages, guiding by users’ needs and combining with local resources’ merits, the two parties jointly develop the regional distributed low carbon energy supply business which eliminates the shortcomings of the existing single energy supply mode through N-to-N supply and demand mode and the adoption of the integration mode of multi-technology and multi-energy. Also, the two parties will select suitable regions to develop clean energy supply projects such as natural gas, geothermal and solar energy according to local conditions, so as to create the demonstration projects of the energy supply systems and smart energy cities based on clean energy.

2. Low-carbon Energy of Industrial Parks Focusing on the application scenarios of zero-carbon/low-carbon industrial parks, the two parties will improve the efficiency of resource utilization comprehensively and give full play to the synergy effect of reducing resource consumption and reducing carbon emissions through developing circular economy. With the goals of improving energy utilization efficiency and reducing carbon emissions, low-carbon transformations in industrial parks will be carried out to promote energy cascade utilization and the reuse of industrial residual pressure, waste heat, waste gas, and waste liquid, so as to help users achieve the transformation to energy-saving, efficiency-enhancing, green and low-carbon, and create demonstration projects of zero-carbon/ low-carbon industrial parks.

3. Coordinated Development of the Industry The two parties will jointly promote the implementation of new energy-saving building material and energy-saving heating material industries and the application of relevant smart energy-saving technologies in the cooperating regions, jointly develop the ecological closed-loop system in areas of research and development, production, promotion and usage, as well as promote the integration of upstream and downstream of clean energy. Both parties will develop towards the directions of high-efficiency, circular and green energy as well as provide supporting services for low-carbon energy industry chain.

Complementary Advantages and Co-innovate the Bureau

CECEP Li Qiang said that the strategic layout of Tian Lun  Gas fits well with CECEP's business direction. CEC EP has outstanding technical capabilities and project experience, while Tian Lun  Gas has rich market resources and experience in energy supply services, and the two sides will establish a joint venture company to carry out comprehensive low-carbon energy business based on the project, deepen the cooperation and exchange between the two sides, and jointly expand the low-carbon energy business.

Tian Lun Gas Qin Ling said that the cooperation between the two parties has complementary advantages in resources. In Xuchang, Shangjie, Songxian, Lankao and other places, using the urban low-carbon integrated energy service business as the starting point, comprehensive project development, construction, and operation are carried out. At the same time, jointly promote the industrial landing of new energy-saving building materials and energy-saving heating materials in the cooperation area, realize the integrated development of clean energy upstream and downstream, and provide supporting services for the low-carbon energy industry chain.
