On Sept.9, 2011, pipeline gas concession agreement of Xuchang Xin District is offically signed in Xuchang San Ding Hua Yue Hotel.

In order to promote healthy development of pipeline gas business, Xuchang Municipal Government enabled public bidding to ensure operator of pipeline gas concession rights of Xuchang Xin District. The project bidding has started since Oct.2010, lasted for nearly one year. Through bidding announcement, bidding application, site investigation of bidders, bidding documentation, bidding submiting and opening, bidding evalution, etc processes, Xuchang company finally offically signed pipeline gas concession rights of Xuchang Xin District.

Zhongyuan electric valley is a industry assemble zone witth electric equipment manufacturing industry, including wind power，relay protection automation, civil electromechanical production and nuclear power control equipment industry, etc. Xuchang Xin District has a total planning area of 82 sq. km. The signing of the agreement will formally establish the concession rights of Xuchang compang in this area, and make positive effect in realizing sustainable development of the industry.
