On Dec.22, 2012, Hebi Tian Lun New Energy Limited，the subsidiary of the Group and Hebi Shancheng District People's Government entered into the agreement of gas concession rights in Shilin Industrial Assemble Zone,Shancheng District of Hebi City, Henan Province.

Singing of the agreement marked the group added one new project. General Manager Hu of Tian Lun Gas Group stated that Tian Lun Gas will improve infrastructure construction of Shilin Industrial Assemble Zone ,Shancheng District with excellent service and realize common development of enterprise, society and customers. Liu Wei, warden of Shangcheng Distroct also requires Shilin Town government to help the company to deal with various problems during gas project construction and ensure the project complete as soon as possible and put into operation.

Hebi Shilin Industrial Assemble Zone is located in Shilin Town, Shancheng Distroct, Hebi City,. Currently, enterprises in the park mainly produce and process ceramic products and use homemade coal gas , which use considerable gas volume. After goup connect nature gas to the park ,enterprises in the park will gradually use clean, efficent nature gas instead of homemade coal gas. In the future, Hebi Shilin Industrial Assemble Zone has potential huge gas use volume, and will bring continuous contribution to the group's revenue.
