On Dec.16, 2011, Xinye County Tian Lun Gas Limited , the wholly-owned subsidiary of Tian Lun Gas entered into Xinye County urban piprline gas concession operation agreement and Xinye County pipeline gas projecy investment agreement with Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Bureau of Xinye County, pursuant to which, Tian Lun Gas obtained gas exclusive operation rights for a term of 30 years.This major project process also marked pipeline nature gas project of Xinye County started.

Currently, Xinye County is a pipeline nature gas blank market, and has no naturegas pipeline netwok coverage. West-east gas transmission line II and Tanghe-Nanyang Oil field-Xinye branch.
