In view of the severe situation of pandemic prevention and control, Tian Lun Gas strictly and tightly defined its responsibilities and equipped on-site pandemic prevention personnel in various regions to implement and refine the pandemic prevention and control measures. During the pandemic, in order to solve the problem of inconvenient recharge for IC card meter customers, Tian Lun Gas Xuchang and Lankao Companies provided mobile gas selling, that is, the property management companies or village group make appointments with the gas company, and the gas company will send staff to bring Chongzhibao (a recharge device) to the community or village group for unified site handling. Xuchang Company distributed mobile recharge devices free of charge for various property communities, so that customers can make payment conveniently without exiting the community. In order to avoid people gathering for gas purchase, Lankao Company donated 80 mobile recharge devices to various property companies in Lankao County during the pandemic.
