In order to encourage and attract multinational companies to set up regional headquarters and headquarters-type institutions in Henan Province and improve the quality and level of foreign capital utilization, the Department of Commerce of Henan Province identified the regional headquarters and headquarters-type institutions of first-batch six multinational companies and granted financial rewards of up to RMB 10 million and RMB 5 million respectively. Henan Tian Lun Gas Group has become one of the first-batch enterprises to be recognized as the regional headquarters of multinational companies of Henan Province.

What kind of enterprise can be called regional headquarters of multinational companies?

According to the relevant person in charge of the Department of Commerce of Henan Province, regional headquarters refers to the headquarters-type foreign-invested enterprises established by multinational companies in Henan to perform inter-provincial management and service functions. "In recent years, various preferential policies have been introduced to attract multinational companies to set up regional headquarters. The main purpose is to attract large-scale inflows of funds, talents and technologies through the strong driving force of the headquarters economy." said the person in charge.

Henan Tian Lun Gas Group is one of the early private enterprises engaged in gas business in China.
